No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, embeds no third-party content and uses no tracking pixels. All assets — including fonts — are served from this site; no requests are made to external font providers, CDNs or comparable sources. No consent to cookies or tracking is therefore required, regardless of where you visit from, and we display no cookie banner.
Server logs
When you request a page, our host processes the connection data that is technically necessary to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the requested URL, the transferred volume, the HTTP status code, the browser identifier (user-agent) and, where applicable, the referrer.
This processing is necessary to operate the site and protect it against misuse (overriding private interest under Art. 31 revFADP; where the GDPR applies, legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host acts as a processor on our behalf within the meaning of Art. 9 revFADP, and may process this data outside Switzerland and the EU; such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, recognised adequacy frameworks.
Contact by email and enquiry form
If you write to us or submit an enquiry, the details you provide (your name, email address and message) are processed solely to handle your request and to contact you about investing alongside us. We keep them for as long as the matter requires, then delete them, and we never pass them to third parties unless legally required. Please note that unencrypted email may be read by third parties in transit; for confidential content, please use an encrypted channel.
Profiling and automated decisions
We do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 5(f) revFADP and we do not make solely automated individual decisions that would significantly affect you.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and to the release and portability of your data. An informal message to the contact address above is sufficient. Visitors from Switzerland may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); visitors from the EU have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their member state.
Changes
This notice may be updated if our processing or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
